The crisis support line is a telephone first aid line in crisis dedicated to the business. We guarantee confidentiality, standardized support procedures (according to the RAPID model) and support in three languages.
Psychological First Aid (PFA) involves humane, emotional, supportive and practical help to people suffering serious crisis events in order to stabilize their mental state.
PFA is a promising practice for disaster behavioral health response and recovery.
